Project Description
Complete external refurbishment to this large apartment block in Bantry Bay.
The works included structural repairs, waterproofing and upgrades to common areas.
The majority of work areas were accessed with a combination of rope access and quick stage scaffolding.
All works where completed with minimal disruption, whilst the building was fully occupied.
