Project Description
This Cape Town landmark was completed in 1940 and was, at the time of its completion, the tallest building in Africa.
Krause Painting and Restoration undertook the roof replacement to the turreted areas of the roof.
Specialist scaffolding and rope access rigging equipment was used to access the work areas and hoist the new roof sheeting materials up to where needed.
Our company has completed many other projects on this building, including specialist stone cleaning to the exterior, joint sealing and restoration.
