Project Description
External redecoration and repairs to an office block at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
The project entailed a full external redecoration to plaster and steel substrates.
Extensive repairs were carried out on the steel balconies, balustrades and sunshades.
The facades where accessed with the use of scaffolding and rope access.
The project was carried out whilst the building was fully operational with minimal disruption to its tenants and visitors.
