Project Description
External painting works and minor repairs to the Forum Conference Center at the V&A Waterfront.
The works to this Heritage building consisted of waterproofing to the parapets, painting and repairs to the window and door frames, as well as finishing the walls with a 3 coat acrylic paint system.
The roof of the structure is made up of Asbestos sheeting and in conjunction with an Approved Asbestos Inspection Authority and our trained and certified asbestos operatives, Krause Painting and Restoration cleaned the roof sheeting and encapsulated the Asbestos to ensure all potentially harmful Asbestos fibres are encapsulated for years to come.
