Project Description
Full external refurbishment to this Spanish villa-style property in Bloubergstrand.
The works comprised of the following:
- removal of all old paint layers through high pressure washing and scraping
- repairs to all loose plaster and spalling concrete
- waterproofing to all roofs and balconies
- installation of new aluminium box gutters
- installation of new aluminium windows and doors
- application of a three-coat acrylic paint system
- tiling to external balconies and staircases
This project has greatly enhanced the value of the property and transformed it into one of the best looking homes in the neighbourhood.
