Complete external redecoration to this high-end apartment block in Sea Point.
The works comprised of extensive concrete spalling repairs, waterproofing works and the application of Prominent Paints Nuklad coating system.
All works were carried out off rope access equipment.
Our company has been privileged to restore and refurbish this building twice over a 22 year period.
