Project Description
This beautiful old apartment block in Sea Point received a full external and part internal refurbishment, including structural repairs, waterproofing, tiling and painting, while being fully occupied.
After extensive sample applications and renditions, the new paint system and colour choice has revitalised this old building. All facades were accessed with the use of scaffolding and rope access technicians.
