Waterproofing and repairs to a large 7 storey apartment block in Green Point.
After repairs to existing torch on waterproofing and fullboars were completed on the main roof and the lift shafts, two coats of bituminous aluminium silvercote were applied to prolong the lifespan of the existing waterproofing system.
The roof is now watertight and the silvercote has helped to reduce the heat levels in the top floor apartments.
