Project Description
Complete external refurbishment to three apartment blocks in Mowbray. The body corporate chose an exciting new colour scheme that will elevate these blocks, giving the entire complex a fresh and contemporary new look.
The works were tackled in a phased approach, with the plastered walls being refurbished and painted, as well as all balconies being waterproofed as part of Phase 1. Phase 2 comprised of the steel roof sheeting being repaired and treated to receive a high-quality paint system, which will extend the life span, reducing future maintenance. Phase 3 comprised of all the boundary walls being repaired and painted, as well as upgrades to the guard house.
Tackling apartment blocks and sectional title developments in a phased approach helps to mitigate budget constraints, and achieve the desired upgrades, which greatly enhances the value of the property.
