Project Description
External refurbishment to a mixed use factory and office complex in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
The works consisted of specialist decorative textured coatings, joint sealing, wall to frame sealing, brick repairs and fibre cement cladding replacement.
Previously painted elements such as plastered walls and steelwork were also treated and re-coated with acrylic and enamel paints.
All the works were accessed with the use of a hydraulic mobile platform and quick stage scaffolding.
The project was completed over a 3 month period leaving the structure rejuvenated and ready to withstand the elements for many years to come.
