Project Description
The Protea Sea Point Hotel, formerly known as The Arthur’s Seat Hotel, has undergone extensive external refurbishment works, carried out by Krause Painting and Restoration.
Our team worked 7 days a week in order to meet the strict project deadlines, whilst the hotel was fully operational.
After extensive concrete spalling repairs and surface preparation, the building was then coated in a 3 – coat paint system to uplift the exterior, enhancing its appearance, as well as providing protection against the elements for years to come.
All works were carried out off rope access, and special care was taken to control noise levels ensuring smooth operations of the hotel.
