Project Description
The Bantry Apartments, situated in one of the best locations in South Africa, on the shoreline of Bantry Bay, was recently given a makeover by Krause Painting and Restoration.
Top quality materials and paints were used in this refurbishment project, leaving the building looking refreshed and ready to withstand the elements for years to come.
Works comprised of concrete repairs, plaster repairs, joint sealing, window sealing, painting and waterproofing.
All works were carried out off rope access, while the building was fully occupied. The work was successfully completed within a strict project timeframe.
