Project Description
External redecoration and structural repairs to the front facade of Sandringham apartments in Beach Road, Mouille Point.
The facades needed extensive concrete repairs, new modified plaster installed, joint sealing to all wall to frame junctions and expansion joints.
Once the repairs were completed, and the substrates were at the correct moisture levels, the newly plastered and repaired surfaces received a full masonry primer coat and two coats of Acrylic paint to the chosen colour.
All flat windowsills and flat tops of walls were coated with fibre re-enforced waterproofing coatings.
The apartments remained fully occupied whilst the project was carried out.
